GENERAL INVOICE CONDITIONS<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

1. Apart from\nspecial conditions, mentioned on the front of the invoice or of the\norder form and signed for agreement by the customer, only and at\nthe exclusion of any other, the conditions apply which are mentioned below\n.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

 2. Our invoices are payable in cash at (Biezestraat\n7B, 9220 Hamme), without discount unless otherwise agreed at\norder or payable by bank transfer before the date indicated on the\ninvoice.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3. The\nspecifications and price quotations are based on now current values of wages,\nmaterials and services. If these undergo changes, we reserve the\nright to adjust prices proportionately. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

4. The\ndelivery terms are provided by way of information only and do not bind the\nseller. Delays in delivery do not entitle the seller to compensation\nnor to rescind the contract. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

5. Complaints about\nthe delivery or services must reach us within eight days after the delivery\nand in any case before the use or pre-sale of the goods.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

6. In the event of\nfull or partial non-payment of the debt on the due date of\nby operation of law and without notice of default, a lump sum compensation\nof 10% on the invoice amount will be due, with a minimum of 30 EUR\nexcl. VAT per invoice. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

7. Any\nobjection must be made within eight days of delivery or invoice date.\nIt must be made by registered letter or mail and must be substantiated.\nIn the absence of an objection within the stipulated period, the invoice is deemed to\nhave been accepted. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

8. When\nwe are not in the\nability to execute the agreement due to force majeure, strike, lockout and the like, we reserve the right\nto terminate the agreement without the possibility of claiming any compensation\n.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

9. In case of\nnon-payment, we reserve the right to stop further deliveries, performance\nand services. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

10. In the event of\nnon-payment, we reserve the right to consider the agreement dissolved by operation of law\nand without prior notice of default for the\nwhole or the part not yet performed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

11. All\noffers and quotations of ALLCORE IT are without obligation until the moment\nof acceptance by the customer. Quotes remain valid for 10 calendar days\nafter quote date unless otherwise stated.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

12 The\ncancellation of an order by the customer is possible as long as ALLCORE IT has not yet started the\nwork and subject to payment of compensation\nof 25% of the agreed price, with a minimum of EUR 250.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

13. Since we\ntransfer the website\nto the end customer upon delivery of our services (website delivery), we cannot be held responsible\nfor the maintenance of the website or in case of any damage caused by\nbreak-in, hacking or the like from the date of delivery. The responsibility for the website then lies\nwith the end customer. Unless the respective customer has entered into a maintenance contract\nfor maintenance then it falls under our responsibility with the exception\nof any damage caused by burglary, hacking or the like. In short Allcore IT can\nonly be held responsible for maintenance when under\ncontract.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

14. The\nclient acknowledges mutual email as legal, valid evidence.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

15. For\nall disputes, only the courts of the district of the\nvendor\/contractor shall have jurisdiction.
